The “San Francisco” Soul at Peace: Can You Recognize the Music Legend Swapping the Stage for a Sketchpad?

The images have resurfaced online with a 2026 framing, but they were actually taken in March 2011, when Bennett was 84. At the time, he was staying at the Fairmont Orchid in Hawaii with his wife, Susan Crow, while preparing for the release of Duets II, the album created around his 85th birthday. Bennett died in July 2023 at the age of 96, so the photographs should be understood as a warm look back at an earlier chapter rather than a new sighting.
