Harry and Meghan marked their sixth year of marriage on May 19.

On May 19, 2018, Harry and Meghan had a lovely wedding ceremony. Many famous people attended, including George Clooney, David and Victoria Beckham, Serena Williams, James Corden, and Oprah Winfrey. Meghan looked beautiful in a wedding gown created by Clare Waight Keller, the creative director of Givenchy at that time. She also wore Queen Mary’s bandeau tiara, which was once owned by Queen Mary, the grandmother of the current Queen.

The wedding was broadcast and seen by more than 29.19 million viewers.

Harry and Meghan’s wedding was a flawless match, a perfect complement to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding seven years earlier, although the two ceremonies had numerous differences.

Andrew Morton, the author of Diana: Her True Story, commented that Meghan invited A-list Hollywood celebrities who have publicly defended her against criticism. Morton also mentioned that it is unclear whether Meghan had even met Oprah Winfrey before the wedding, but she still extended an invitation to her and others. As a result, Meghan now has her own circle of influential individuals.

Megan is a fresh player and she has swiftly emerged from the starting box. In contrast to Prince Harry’s friends who remain silent, Megan’s A-list celebrity companions, the court of Meghan, is a highly talkative and influential court.

Jonny Dymond, a royal correspondent for the BBC, noticed that something was not right with Harry, Meghan, and the other royals shortly after the wedding.

Seward mentioned that we used to adore them, but later on, our affection faded due to numerous grievances. However, their love for each other was significant. Yet, once they departed, they became insignificant. They disappointed the Queen, the Prince of Wales, William, and even the Duke of Cornwall.

They disappointed us. Harry remained strong. He adored his life in California. He cherished his wife and kids. However, he held resentment towards everything he had abandoned, including his brother, father, and sister-in-law, Kate.

Harry and Meghan called their departure from the Firm a “freedom flight” when they left Britain.

Furthermore, Seward stated that Harry’s financial success makes his life a “success”. Nevertheless, the royal expert emphasized that Harry, as a person, is not considered successful.

Seward informed The Sun that he has done exceptionally well as a husband and father. Today, when he and Meghan commemorate their six-year anniversary, they will commend themselves.

People doubted its longevity, but it has proven them wrong! Harry’s popularity in his home country has diminished, and now he is more of a subject of sympathy. However, I don’t believe Harry is aware of this. He is content in his exclusive world with Meghan, doing what they love. Let’s hope this happiness continues for a long time, and I have a strong feeling that it will.

Historian Gareth Russell said that Harry and Meghan, in one way, are forming “an alternative royal family.

Russell mentioned on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive that it’s highly likely. The issue for the Sussexes is that if they pursue that path, they will face increased scrutiny in other areas such as business ventures or royal-like trips.

People will scrutinize them more closely because they have named it ‘The Office of Harry and Meghan’. It’s intriguing. I ponder if this is a strategy to shift attention away from the negative media coverage they have received in the past year or two. Could it be a way for them to adopt a slightly more traditional and conservative approach and position themselves as exiled royals, so to speak?

The historian pondered, “I’m curious if they are taking this advice because they don’t want to be seen criticizing the royal family. Their popularity in America is currently quite low, but that might change. Public opinion is always unpredictable. However, there are signs that they might go on a tour in the US.”
