Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars


These are one of my favourite cheesecake bars to date ?

They have a buttery digestive biscuit base with a creamy salted caramel cheesecake filling topped with a thick layer of salted caramel sauce, decorated with fudge chunks and flaky sea salt ?

It’s super quick and easy to make with just 5 main ingredients and it tastes amazing! ?

All you need is:

Base:

250g Digestive biscuits, finely crushed

125g unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

500g cream cheese, room temp

150g thick salted caramel sauce

80g icing sugar

Topping:

250g thick salted caramel sauce

Optional decoration:

Fudge chunks

Flaky sea salt
